Printed goods from Dogroseandcatnip may be returned for credit if notified and agreed, within 1 month of receipt. Goods must be returned in good condition or credit will not be given.  Return postage is to be paid by the customer.

Any damages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.

All import taxes and any other payments arising after the goods are despatched, must be paid for by the person ordering or receiving the goods and are not the responsibility of Dogrose and Catnip.
 
For pet portraits only, a 20% non-refundable booking fee is required before I can book you into my waiting list or start on your artwork.
 
Unless otherwise discussed and agreed I reserve the right to post any artwork I create on my Instagram, Facebook, Advertising and Website after the work has been received.
